Welcome to all of our new residents! More often than not, it's a surprise to our new homeowners that there is a homeowners association on the hilltop. Homeownership within the Association's boundaries means that you are a part of the Homeowners Association. It's been that way since 1954, whether your home was built in 1954 or 2002. The goal of the association is to maintain and improve the quality of our neighborhood and the dues you pay help us to continue to do that.
Dues
The Baldwin Hills Estates Homeowners Association fees are $20.00 per year. Twenty dollars might not seem like much coming from one household, but when several contribute, the BHEHOA can continue to provide amenities like the security car service that patrols the neighborhood.
Billing Discrepancy
We need to hear from you! If you feel you have been billed in error, please complete the Discrepancy Form and mail it back. Your complaint will be investigated and I will contact you. Whatever documentation you can provide (i.e. cancelled checks, date of purchase, etc.) will also be very helpful. Be sure to include your property's address.
